\u201cMy job was something we had to consider when we looked at orders and we talked about him separating from the Navy many times,\u201d Kaminski said. She is a Navy spouse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaminski has a bachelor\u2019s degree and a master\u2019s degree in public administration. She has worked in social services for 13 years. \u201cIt was really frustrating that every time I moved I had to find a new job,\u201d she said. \u201cI wasn\u2019t fully invested in a retirement plan. My salary wasn\u2019t increasing despite the fact that I had a lot of education and experience.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kaminski has always managed to find jobs after moving with her service member. But her career wasn\u2019t growing in the direction she wanted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
