Part of this initiative\u2019s goal is to create a movement that drives additional companies to hire veterans and military spouses.<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cWe only have so many jobs (and) there\u2019s a lot of great talent out there. The military community deserves employment opportunities.<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cThe way we look at it is if we can help military spouses or transitioning service members find a career that is best for them, we win. Ideally, some of those are going to be working for Prudential. But we often partner with other companies if we think (the job candidate) is better suited to work for some other organization.
