The first quarter of the calendar year (January, February, and March) is historically one of the best times of the year to get hired in most industries, for several reasons.\u00a0Right now,\u00a0employers are focused on returning\u00a0to\u00a0regular operations and tackling organizational goals for the New Year. This includes filling a backlog of job\u00a0vacancies, replacing\u00a0employees\u00a0who left\u00a0their positions after receiving their year-end bonuses, and hiring for new positions\u00a0needed to\u00a0work on the programs and goals\u00a0planned\u00a0for the calendar year.<\/p>\n

Booz Allen\u2019s workforce\u00a0is 1\/3 military-connected, and\u00a0the majority of\u00a0our work is in Defense and Intelligence. We\u00a0attend\u00a0numerous\u00a0military-related events throughout the year,\u00a0including industry conferences and policy summits, to name a couple,” said\u00a0Schmiegel.<\/p>\n
