On September 11, 2001, the world was forever changed. For Jienelle Herndon, the tragic events of that day sparked a renewed sense of duty and purpose. \u201cIt was a moment that really made you pause and think about what you could do to contribute,\u201d Herndon recalls. Motivated by this sense of duty, she enlisted in the Air Force, determined to make a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Air Force, Herndon honed her expertise as a paralegal. Throughout her career, she demonstrated a keen attention to detail, an ability to navigate complex issues, and a commitment to supporting the legal needs of service members. “My military experience highlighted the importance of accuracy and integrity,\u201d Herndon says. These qualities were vital in her role and would later prove invaluable as she transitioned to civilian life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
